Out-of-court dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, where consumers can settle a dispute and find further information on the subject of dispute resolution.

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board in the event of a dispute with a consumer.

Liability for content
