I'm Bernhard Kressin — systemic business consultant and founder of Kressin.Consulting.
As a psychologist by training and an experienced banking executive, I bring together two worlds that are rarely this closely connected: deep psychological insight and more than 20 years of hands-on business practice. This combination shapes how I see organizations, leadership, and change.
My experience comes from carrying responsibility, not from theory. In HR management at Deutsche Bank AG and as Authorized Officer to the Management Board of Sparkasse Leipzig, I didn't just support organizational change of every scale — I owned it. I know the complexity of decisions made under pressure, the dynamics of the executive floor, and the human side of transformation firsthand.
After more than 20 years in employment, founding Kressin.Consulting fulfilled a long-held ambition: to support people, leaders, and organizations through change with both a systemic perspective and real commercial experience. And I don't work alone. Kressin.Consulting combines my own expertise with a strong network of selected partners.
